This Terms of Service agreement ("Terms") outlines the rules, responsibilities, and conditions that govern your use of our website ([www.arterano.co](http://www.arterano.co)), products, services, and digital content (collectively, the "Services"). You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or exploit any of our content for any purpose outside of personal, non-commercial use.
This includes uploading our images or stories to any online marketplace, using our content for merchandising, printing our art without permission, or creating commercial products based on our characters or collections.
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our artwork, eBooks, or digital material.
Derivative works include stylized remakes, repainted canvases, digitally altered copies, AI-generated variations, or animations using our content as a base.
Use any of our characters, names, backstories, or collection themes** in your own commercial or artistic projects.
You may not build spin-off stories, character replicas, or branded content using any part of Arterano’s narrative universe without explicit licensing.
Scrape, mine, or collect content or metadata from the site using automated tools (e.g., bots or crawlers).
Any attempt to harvest our content for database training, resale, or commercial redistribution is strictly forbidden.
Register similar domain names, usernames, or social handles to impersonate or confuse users into believing they’re affiliated with Arterano.
This includes variations in spelling, suffixes, or visual branding that imitate our official identity.
Violations of these rules may result in DMCA takedown requests, cease-and-desist letters, domain reclamation actions, and civil lawsuits for damages. We reserve the right to pursue **full legal action** against any infringement.
2. Account Use
Some parts of our website may require user account creation. Users must:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information** during registration.
Using fake names, burner emails, or impersonating someone else may result in account removal or legal action.
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Orders and Fulfillment
When placing an order through Arterano:
Your payment method will be charged at checkout.
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban and flagging with third-party processors.
Fulfillment takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Extended times are possible during holidays, product launches, or supplier disruptions.
Shipping timelines vary by product and location.
You may not hold us liable for delays caused by Printify, the postal service, or customs agencies.
Orders cannot be altered or canceled once in production.
All sales are final once the order has entered the printing stage. No refunds or exchanges are allowed unless damaged.
Repeated misuse of the order process (e.g., abusive refund requests, non-payment disputes) may lead to customer account bans.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Refer to our full Shipping Policy for details. In general:
We are not responsible for third-party carrier delays.
Weather events, customs holds, or reroutes do not qualify for refunds unless the item is confirmed lost.
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are the buyer’s responsibility.
We will not reship or refund orders delivered to the address provided unless the error was on our part.
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees.
These fees are not covered by Arterano and are payable by the buyer.
Disputes filed against us without attempting resolution through our support email first will be treated as violations of our terms.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is clear:
Items must be unused and requested within 30 days of delivery.
Worn, altered, or repackaged items are not accepted.
Returns must be authorized by support before mailing.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected or discarded without refund.
Digital products are non-refundable.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered.
Damaged or defective items qualify for replacement or refund.
A clear photo must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
Repeated return abuse or false damage claims will result in customer bans and reporting to fraud monitoring services.
6. Digital Product Use
All digital content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
eBooks, stories, or downloads may not be resold, redistributed, or modified.
You may not upload digital content to any platform or service.
This includes websites, marketplaces, forums, file-sharing sites, or AI training datasets.
Do not claim authorship or artistic ownership of digital content.
Characters and narratives remain the intellectual property of Arterano.
Violations will result in permanent bans and IP enforcement actions.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We protect your personal data per our Privacy Policy.
This includes order info, contact details, and browsing behavior.
We do not sell or misuse your data.
Data is used only to fulfill orders, improve service, and communicate.
You may not attempt to extract, hack, or harvest data from our site.
Any attempt to breach privacy, including scraping or phishing, is considered a criminal violation.
8. User Conduct
You agree to:
Use our services legally and respectfully.
Do not harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
Avoid tampering with website operations.
