At Arterano, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date your item is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and in the same packaging.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Digital products (like eBooks) are non-refundable once downloaded.

Return Process

Email us at support@arterano.net with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address (based on the fulfillment partner used).

Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund — no return required.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment
