Fulfillment Time

All Arterano artwork is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Note: Fulfillment times may vary depending on the product size and which Printify partner is used to deliver your item.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer three shipping options at checkout. Your selection will determine delivery time after your order is fulfilled:

Economy Shipping: 5–10 business days

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on:

The size of your canvas

Your shipping address

The production partner’s warehouse location

Example: Smaller canvases may ship faster if fulfilled domestically, while larger sizes might come from international partners.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your artwork’s journey.

Multiple Items

Your order may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled by different production partners. Don’t worry — you’ll get tracking for each shipment.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 10 days or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, reach out to us at support@arterano.co and we’ll help resolve the issue.
